DESIGN ANALYSIS : Inspiration Sent By Client - Swatch reference from twinkle creation archive - Input from design agency - Color card / Mood card

ART WORK OF SELECTED DESIGN : After design is shortlisted the artwork of the design is being prepared by hand and Cad as per the requirement - Artwork is sent to client for approval before embroidery start

Design & Imprint

DESIGN IMPRINT : Before embroidery start, design is printed on the base fabric for easy and accurate embroidery process

CLOSE MONITOR OF EMBROIDERY ON FRAME : Each and every design is closely monitored by sampling merchandiser and factory manager - Regular work in progress images are sent to client for approval and further process

QUALITY CHECK & SAMPLING : Every Single Embroidery Is Checked To Meet The Quality Standard Of The Client. - Each Embroidery Is Accompanied With A Repair Kit - A4 Layout Of Artwork Is A Part Of Each Packed Embroidery - Sampling Delivery Timeline 1week

QUALITY CHECK PRODUCTION : After First Sample Is Approved By Client, A Counter Reference Sample Is Made For The Entire Production. - Any Deviation From The Approved Sample Is Monitored And Corrected In Order To Make A Zero Tolerance Shipment - Partial Shipments Are Made As Per Priority Orders - Production Delivery Timeline 4-6 Weeks Depending On Type Of Embroidery

PRODUCT DELIVERY : One Pre Production Sample is Made and After Client Approval The Production Approved & Disptached - Partial Shipment Are Made As Per Client Requirement And Delivery Schedule
